Job Function: Responsible in attending and handling customer transactions on merchandise return/exchange, SM Advantage Card process, package counter deposited items, pick up counter parcels, gift wrapping items, gift delivery service and Item Left by Customer (ILC).
Responsibilities
Operate POS Machine and In-House Software
Record merchandise return and handle customer inquiry
Monitor Inventory of Supplies and Maintenance of Tool
Maintain and Upkeep of Customer Service (CS) Area
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or College level with experience
