Summary Assistant Project Coordinator assists and supports the Project Manager Unit in the successful Execution of the Projects and Management of the resource available. Essential Functions
Assistant Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Creates summary of projected expenses or cost analysis per project
Monitors and ensures that the projected project budget is being efficiently and effectively used.
Attends Project Briefing among PM Team and even to the client
Conducts actual measurements and ocular inspections as necessary
May handle budget and provide liquidation summary
Provide areas for improvements, educates team and ensures productive PM team.
Compiles projects and assist in the Project Execution from coordination with client up to Final Turn over
Evaluates, analyzes pre-project layout and prior to the awarding of projects, must be involved up to final turn-over
Other related tasks that might be assigned.
