GENERAL TASK
• Responsible for day to day management of the customer Service Department. Providing leadership & amp: direction to the customer service & amp: their terms to ensure that an excellent standard of services in provided &: maintained.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
• Any related business course
• Experience working in a customer-facing role
• Experience in working in industrial and food packeging machine is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Flexible and hard working
