Daily facilities check to include Health & Safety checks, reporting the findings to Admin Manager.

• Checks include, but not limited to, Water Purge, Temperature checks and standard visual checks.

• To identify and undertake general maintenance tasks on a daily basis.

• Escort contractors around the premises when required.

• Set up areas for large meetings, events, assemblies and training as and when required.

• Operate and maintain our facilities log and checks with our dedicated software.

• To maintain Health and Safety precautions in all working areas and to comply with good practice, policies and procedures, as laid down in the Work’s Health and Safety policy, with regards to BOSH, Risk Assessments, Electricity at Work, Safe Systems at Work, Manual Handling

• The Admin Specialist – Facilities helps oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a building or facility.

• Maintain overall office safety and security through maintaining security systems, alarms, doors, access, CCTV, Procedures during Emergencies and monitoring of office entries

• Oversee and manage office bills, repairs and regular maintenance, inventory, reception, and employee biometrics

• Ensure compliance to office safety regulations through maintaining safety standards and occupational health hazards

• Implement cost saving measures Select and maintain healthy relationship with vendors, and suppliers

• Assist in site events and employee programs

• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills Proven ability to develop, produce and analyze reports from existing systems and make informed recommendations from the data gathered Strong Organizational, Leadership and Interpersonal Management Skills

• Must be able to foster a Positive and Productive Work Environment, with ability to Lead, Build Teams, and Motivate Staff

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a College Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree Holder of any course

• Must have 2-3 years’ work experience in facilities management.

• Awareness of health and safety and cleanliness of workplace.

• Cleaning experience.

• Must have experience in dealing with building engineers for coordination purposes.

• Must have excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills

• Solid understanding of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, Operating Systems and the Internet)

• Must be willing to work on Night Shifts and Shifting Schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
