Receptionist - Night/Weekends - Salary range from $16.00 to $17.85/hour Under 20 hours per week Includes nights, weekends and holidays Primary Responsibilities: • Answers, screens and transfers telephone calls in a courteous professional manner.

• Takes accurate messages.

• Greets and directs visitors.

• Sorts mail to appropriate departments.

• Performs light clerical assignments.

• Comes to work clean and neat, consistently presents a professional appearance.

Prerequisites: • Must have typing skills and knowledge of basic office procedures.

• Possesses the ability to deal with staff, visitors, and residents in a professional, compassionate manner.

• Must be able to multi task.
