Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Customs Clearance Sales Representative and Marketer to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for representing our company to clients to promote our services and expand our client base.

Applications for this position are limited to individuals holding citizenship in India or Pakistan exclusively.

Preference will be given to candidates with an established already existing client base.

Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking customs clearance services.

• Assess client needs and provide expert guidance on customs regulations, documentation requirements, and import/export procedures.

• Coordinate closely with clients to ensure timely clearance of goods and resolve any issues that may arise during the customs clearance process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our customs clearance services and generate leads.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base, including prospecting new clients and cultivating relationships with potential partners.

• Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.

• Work closely with clients to obtain necessary documentation and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in customs clearance, logistics, or international trade, with a minimum of [5] years in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of customs regulations and import/export procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
