We are looking for an inspector to work with us in Al Jubail We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Project Quality Control Specialist to ensure that our projects meet or exceed quality standards and requirements.

The Project Quality Control Specialist will play a critical role in monitoring project activities, conducting inspections, and implementing quality control procedures throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project-specific quality control plans, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and standards.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to establish quality objectives, performance metrics, and inspection criteria for the project.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of project activities, including construction, fabrication, installation, and testing, to verify compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements.

Monitor and document quality-related activities, including material inspections, workmanship evaluations, and testing procedures, to identify deficiencies, deviations, or non-conformities.

Identify root causes of quality issues and work with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to address them.

Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to address inspection findings, resolve issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.

Conduct final inspections and assessments upon project completion to verify compliance with contractual requirements and regulatory standards.

Review and approve quality-related documentation, such as inspection reports, test plans, and quality control records, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.

Provide training and guidance to project team members and subcontractors on quality control procedures, best practices, and quality management principles.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) are a plus.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field, preferably in construction, engineering, or project management.

Strong knowledge of quality management principles, standards, and methodologies, such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent.

Experience with quality control tools and techniques, such as inspections, audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.

Proficiency in using quality control software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
