We are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent within the Saudi Arabian market.

Location: Saudi Arabia Responsibilities: • Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates for open positions.

• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

• Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, by maintaining clear communication and timely follow-up.

• Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to make informed decisions and recommendations for talent acquisition strategies.

• Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and data privacy requirements.

• Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates.

Requirements: • 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on the Saudi Arabian market.
