Clinical Site Supervisor

We are looking for a full-time, Clinical Site Supervisor to join our Bone & Joint team!

The position requires previous clinical experience such as Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, or other relevant healthcare patient related experiences.

Experience in clinic supervision is preferred.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLINICAL SITE SUPERVISOR Working as a Clinical Site Supervisor will give you the opportunity to work with our surgeons, provides, and clinical staff at our satellite practice location.

This position provides clinical leadership direction, administration and supervision, plan, organizes and directs all aspects of clinic activities to ensure accomplishment of its objectives and contributes to improving the lives of our patients.

Primarily you will supervise the day to say operations to include Registration, Clinical Teams, Walk-In, and Radiology.

Your excellent customer service skills will be utilized to establish work relationships with all team members and outside facilities to enhance workflows, compliance, and process efficiencies.

You will be an important part of the collaborative management team at Bone & Joint!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLINICAL SITE SUPERVISOR High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in clinic supervision Minimum 3 years of previous clinical experience such as Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, or other relevant healthcare patient related experiences WORK SCHEDULE Clinics are open Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 5:00PM.

Staff manage their 40 hours over the five days.

Leaders are required to have the ability to be reached by their direct reports after hours.

This position is located in Plover, WI with occasional travel to other locations.
