Job Description

Our client is actively seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their Oil & Gas team in Denver, CO). This role will require travel to West Texas on a regular basis to support existing oil & gas facilities.

Performance Expectations:

Writing scopes of work

Estimating project costs

experience including working with Operations.

PSM or MOC experience.

Process Engineering experience in Gas plants

Mechanical or Piping (not pipeline) experience in a facilityProfessional Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field

5-8+ years of experience on oil & gas related projects.

Proficiency with piping, valves, fittings, and piping arrangements in the field.

Evaluating PSV, flare systems, inlet, and discharge piping sizes to ensure compliance with client requirements.

Familiar with the gas process/gas equipment

Competency with creating P&ID redlines in the field.

Develop data sheets, sketch properly engineered pipe sketches for new designs.

Direct experience with Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Management of Change (MOC) requirements and regulations.

Oil & Gas industry experience.

Experience with (VMG, Promax, Hysis) is a plus but not required.What Our Client Offers.
