Responsibilities:

We are looking for clinicians who value relationships, have great communication skills and want to be part of a collaborative team environment where we make a difference AND have fun! We are seeking candidates who can offer and in-office presence, a this is highly requested by our prospective clients. Hybrid schedules are also available, with a 60%/%40 split between in-office and remote days. Our incredible support team will match you with the clients you feel best about seeing, handle administrative tasks and all things billing. Our leadership team will support you in your growth as a clinician and our stellar in-house training program leads the way in live trainings on topics relevant to our practice culture. Compensation:

$40 - $50/hr for Masters Licensed (plus bonuses per session)

$50-$65/hr for Doctorate Licensed (plus bonuses per session)

We are currently accepting resumes from Licensed Clinicians (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologists) with an active CA license with the BBS/BOP.
