Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Bookkepeer
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
