Warehouse Maintenance Coordinator – Palm Beach, FL (on-site)

Experience: Warehouse experience needed. Forklift operator certification preferred.

Must be a team player, highly organized and possess great communication skills.

Robbins Research International (RRI), a Tony Robbins company, is looking for a Warehouse Maintenance Coordinator to join our world-class team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Our next Warehouse Maintenance Coordinator will work with warehouse operations, inventory management, event setup & breakdown, and communicate effectively across teams and vendors to ensure efficient flow of materials, and the upkeep of our warehouse and studio space, before, during and after Tony Robbins events.

This role involves management of the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the Robbins Research International warehouse and studio, studio equipment, equipment repairs, inventory management, shipping, logistics and communication between internal teams and vendors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Pull inventory items, prepares, and packs pallets for shipping for all events

Obtain freight shipment quotes and coordinates delivery and return

Scan and inventories warehouse items into inventory software

Log pertinent information and updates quantities

Return warehouse items to manufactures and 3rd party shops

Accept shipments, freight and mail

WAREHOUSE & STUDIO MAINTENANCE

Conduct daily, weekly and monthly warehouse and studio cleaning

Responsible for maintaining inventory & reordering cleaning supplies, consumables and expendables

Building maintenance (ex: changing light bulbs, air filters, gutters, etc.)

Grounds upkeep (ex: trash, perimeter lighting, fencing, etc.)

Maintain upkeep of breakroom and kitchen area

Coordinate with landscaping company to schedule dates of service and follow-up on maintenance items

Responsible for scheduling maintenance, obtaining quotes on service and submitting for approval on equipment & machinery (e.g., forklifts, compactor, fire alarm system, studio vehicles, generators, etc. )

Coordinate with pest control vendor on service appointments and needs

Carry out inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues

Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

Implement warehouse organization. Maintains warehouse cataloguing and labeling system

Schedule office, event cleaning and day porters

Work with Verizon vendor to facilitate studio access for maintenance

Keep maintenance logs of equipment and machinery

Run offsite errands as needed

EVENT SUPPORT

Runner during events

Event setup/load out (e.g., bike rack, tents, stanchions, security mags, fencing, portable restroom, booths, star trailers, Forts, etc.)

Handle event requesting pre-show and during event (e.g., tables, chairs, power cables, linens, etc.)

Event space break down as needed

Manage stagehands during load-in/load-out for events and during non-events

Assist Studio Manager with vendor appointments and construction projects

Submit warehouse expenses to Studio & Events Manager

REQUIREMENTS

Computer skills to include data entry of information, research / look up of information

Must be punctual and a 'count-onable' team player

Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more

Has respect for people, standards and internal processes

Must have ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally

Must have ability and knowledge to drive a motorized pallet lift and pallet jacks for moving and placing inventory. Forklift operator certification is required.

Must have a valid US driver's license and a clean driving record

Must be able to exercise strong discretion with confidential information
