Job Description: We are seeking dedicated individualsto join our roofing team as Roofing Crewmen. In this role, you will workalongside experienced professionals to perform various tasks related to roofinginstallation, repair, and maintenance. From residential to commercial projects,you will contribute to the success of our team by delivering exceptionalcraftsmanship and service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems according to industry standards and company specifications.

Safely operate roofing equipment, tools, and machinery.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project objectives are met.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in roofing techniques and practices.

Requirements:

Previous experience in roofing or construction is preferred but not required.

Willingness to learn and be trained on the job.

Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Must be legally eligible to work in USA.
