Job Description:We are seeking motivated individuals with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to join our remote customer service team. As a bilingual CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse customer base, providing exceptional service and assistance to resolve inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and zoom in a professional and courteous manner

Assist customers with product information, sales processing and general client inquiries.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
