About the Role
Due to exceptional clinical success and patient demand, Sensible Care is GROWING and now hiring LMFT, LPCC, and LCSW providers to provide remote/telehealth care throughout California.
We offer flexible 24-40 hour work week options to help prevent provider burnout.

40-hour Workweek Includes:
Annual Salary of $100,000
License fees paid

We're Seeking Professionals Who:
Have an active California professional license LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW
Physically reside in California
Have experience with child/adolescent therapy
EMDR Trained/Certified encouraged to apply
Are passionate about mental healthcare and illustrate personable and warm demeanor and delivery culturally sensitive care
Have experience providing services in an outpatient setting
Are able to learn and manage multiple technological platforms
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Are timely, diligent, detail-oriented and can work well in a team
Are comfortable treating depression, anxiety, and trauma
Valid NPI number
Are able to meet the credentialing requirements for major insurance panels in particular:
Completion of 3000 supervised hours of practice post-Master's program and successful completion of the NCMHCE test (or it's equivalent) AND
Current CA resident able to provide 3 (three) professional references from the past 2 (two) years (professional references must have active licensure)
