Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a Full Time position in the Healthcare/Medical field, located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role is an individual contributor and the compensation ranges from $20 - $24 per hour.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Record and report any changes in clients' conditions to the nursing supervisor

- Help clients with mobility, such as transferring from bed to wheelchair

- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

- Administer medication under the direction of nursing staff

- Follow care plans and assist with physical therapy exercises

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Hawaii

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a CNA

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
