As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to manage a phase of a large complex project or manage multiple medium sized projects that are approximately greater than $500K and are up to $10M. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. The anticipated salary range is $112,000 - $155,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, 5-7 years of deep foundation project experience as contractor or GC, or equivalent combination of both

Experience in scheduling, estimating and project controls software

Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record

PMP, PE (desired)

Experience with scheduling, estimating and project controls software (desired)

Travel required; position requires extended travel
