Maine Beer Company is dedicated to producing the best beer possible. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our warehouse team and assist in daily warehouse operations. First and foremost, the candidate must have a positive attitude and work well with others. This position is full time, typically 40+ hours per week, and based in Westbrook, Maine. Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that high quality standards are met in all warehouse operations.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment and follow safe work practices.

Adhere to Maine Beer Company’s warehouse SOPs to complete daily responsibilities.

Transport raw materials and finished product in company box trucks (Class B CDL required) between the Westbrook warehouse and the brewery in Freeport.

Assemble and ship weekly orders for distributors in accordance with SOPs.

Safely load pallets onto trucks for delivery to distributors.

Perform routine cleaning tasks and maintenance checks of warehouse facilities and equipment as assigned.

Follow FIFO method for all finished product shipments and raw materials.

Perform physical inventory counts as assigned.Requirements:

Class B CDL with air brake endorsement required.

A positive and respectful attitude with a willingness to help co-workers.

Ability to multi-task while working safely and efficiently.

Ability to work with little to no supervision at times.

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

An individual that takes initiative, is proactive and is self-motivated.

Great attention to detail.

Schedule flexibility is a plus (e.g. able to work late when needed, able to accommodate changing/rotating schedules)

Mechanical aptitude is a plus, as is familiarity with MacOS, Google Docs, Slack, etc.

Electric pallet jack / forklift experience is a plus but willing to train the right individual.

Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs to waist height, and 25 lbs to shoulder height repetitively.
