Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage a team of project engineers, designers, technicians, drafters, permit specialists and field technicians.

Work closely with management staff and clients to establish project requirements

Manage large scale OSP fiber and small cell projects for multiple clients simutaneously.

Research jursidictional requirements for design and permitting processes

Review and manage quality control processes on all deliverables.

Conduct weekly production meetings to set production goals and discuss project updates.

Train Project Engineers and designers on various engineering methods and practices.

Perform yearly reviews and set goals for individual employees

Complete assigned work while maintaining an elevated level of quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Develop, monitor and measure quality and production metrics

Requirements:

Self-motivated candidates who have a degree in Engineering Technologies, GIS, CAD, or similar and/or equivalent work experience with design software.

High School diploma or equivalent is required

Advanced AutoCAD experience is recommended

Experience in GIS software (ArcGIS, 3GIS or similar) is recommended.

Experience in PLA (Pole Loading Analysis) software is recommended.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Must be a great communicator, both verbally and written.

Ability to adapt to changes in scope of work and priority.
