Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking an experienced NA/CNA to join our team. The role is ideal for someone with experience in a healthcare/medical setting who is committed to providing compassionate care to our elder community. This is a full-time role with a salary of $18 to $22 per hour, paid weekly.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $18 to 20 per hour for NA / Up to $22 per hour for CNAs

• Paid Weekly

Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling

Choose your own shifts

Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:

• Assist elderly clients with daily activities, such as dining, bathing, administering medication, exercising, and general housekeeping

• Take care of elderly clients' needs while engaging them in social activities

• Monitor clients' vital signs and provide appropriate care

• Observe, assess, and document clients' physical, mental, emotional, functional, and spiritual condition

• Communicate timely and regularly with clients, family, and staff

• Report any incidents, changes in condition, or requests promptly

• Respect and adhere to clients' personal preferences and lifestyles

• Comply with all safety protocols and standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in healthcare/medical setting, preferably in caring for the elderly

• Must have at least a high school diploma/GED

• Must have a valid NA/CNA certification in the State of Hawaii

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Must have current CPR/First-Aid certification
