Shubhashray Housing in Gurgaon is looking for Structural Engineering (Civil Engineering) candidates who can do the following as a part of our team:

- Check the structural and Civil design drawings received from consultants and the related calculations. Figure out where we are over-provided and/or under-provided for.

- Have a thorough understanding of the applicable Indian Standard Codes.

- Must have atleast 3 years of work experience. Work experience in affordable housing or large scale residential projects would be preferred.

- Should be proficient in eTabs software. If not then proficiency in StaadPro is a prerequisite.

- Digitize CAD and paper drawings into Revit.

- Audit under-construction and constructed buildings and infrastructure on-site. Also check and improve all quality check parameters.

- Help us decide between load bearing versus frame structure in live projects.

- Research and implement the latest AI tools for structural engineering and design, including Revit plug-ins, if any.

Shubhashray currently has nine projects of 200 to 700 homes each in various stages of completeness. The engineer will be working on real projects from day one. All the projects are currently in Rajasthan (between Delhi and Jaipur).

The work will entail working in close coordination with Planning (civil, structure, finishing, MEP, Infrastructure), Architecture, Sourcing, on-site Execution and Business teams and tying them up in BIM.

Shubhashray Housing is a preeminent affordable housing company developing communities where homes sell from Rs. 9 lacs to Rs. 60 lacs. The homes are predominantly at a below Rs. 18 lacs price point.

We are looking for full-time employees, freelancers, consultants or companies who can work on multiple projects.

The candidate should ideally have experience in having worked in a real project (in addition to a sound theoretical understanding).

Ideally, we would like the candidates to sit in our Gurgaon office (on NH-8, accessible by metro). However, we are open to the candidate working remotely if he/she is exceptional or part of a larger organization.

We will pay at the top end of the market rate for freelancers/practicing engineers (can be adjusted for hours worked etc.). We can work on a result-oriented or alternate payment plan if the candidate wants.
