· To carry out market survey and get to the ground to approach potential customers and get to know their power/energy supply requirement.
· To support/lead activities in operation related to COGEN business in Malaysia that includes customer identification, sales proposal, financial modeling, authority liaison, and work closely with business partners & potential customers.
· To provide the highest level of technical, operation & sales expertise and independency to ensure the maximum reliability of the proposal, costing submission and meeting customer’s expectations:
· To evaluate & identify customer in existing and securing new customers that are suitable for COGEN implementation.
· Close rapport and provide liaison for after sales to customers.
· Perform the generation of Technical Documentation and Proposal for all client tender and authorities’ application regarding gas turbine, gas engine, chiller, HRSG and compressor projects.
· Use technical knowledge to understand and prepare process P&ID, size / design equipment for application, and ensure drawings / bills of materials meet design requirements, review specification, clarify scope of work for projects, review / analyze documentation, and equipment to ensure compliance with the project and customers goals.
· Perform and expand strategic network/communications with customers, vendors, authority, and other business partners.
· Perform site survey, power systems studies of client’s plant to review utility load and scope of work for gas turbine, gas engine, chiller, compressor projects.
· Work in conjunction with Project Managers / Leaders to ensure that the project scope of work and design parameters are clearly defined, and the project is executed as per the given scope.
· Review customers site specifications/requirement and have the capability to understand and generate process P&IDs, Piping & Cable Layout, Gas Turbine Cogeneration Plant Layout, Electrical Single Line Diagram, Project Schedule and provide proposal to customer
