CRM Data Specialist

Position Title: CRM Data Specialist

Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract CRM Data Specialist opportunity located in Kirkland, WA.

Job Responsibilities:

Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.

Transfer data from a spreadsheet to a CRM database.

Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.

Investigate missing or incorrect information.

Create an Excel report from the data.

Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.

Job Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar software

Intermediate Excel skills

Demonstrate a high degree of attention to details

Expect accuracy in all aspects of the job

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in the customer/member relations field

Work well with following processes and checklists

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Work collaboratively with others and professionalism

Location: Kirkland, WA

Pay Rate Range: $18-20/hr
