The Fabric R&D Sr Specialist will support and assist the Raw Materials team with executing seasonal fabric development.

Primary Responsibilities:

Executes technical fabric developments to line up with mill strategy

Evaluates mill pricing & provides feedback to Sourcing

Maintains development charts and master fabric menus, provides to cross functional teams

Adheres to Time & Action calendar, ensuring all development and testing deadlines are met

Participates in seasonal trend direction and marketing intelligence efforts

Travels domestically and internationally, as needed

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

4-year College degree or equivalent business experience preferred.

Two to four years’ experience working in fabric development

Solid knowledge of fabric & raw material global costs

Energetic self-starter; very comfortable working both independently and within a team

Detail-oriented; highly organized

Strong analytical skills

Product Line Management (PLM) system knowledge
