Job description:
Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in service job execution under consideration of resources (service engineers, spare parts, tools)
(Single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. Schedules the job, responsible for the content of quotes.)
Your responsibilities:
Supports and manages 24 hours service availability / emergency duty
Coordinates and plans all service/repair jobs together with the customer (applying the DIVISION policies)
Coordinate the service job with the necessary resource, parts etc.
Handling of DIVISION internal service job assignments
Ensure the right technical specifications as per customer requirements
Ensure that services are carried according to Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS) and Quality requirements (working instructions)
Manage the service order process from quotation to invoicing
Manage the service execution process by using ATURB MOBILE for job planning and data recording incl. finalization
Ensuring data quality during service execution
Responsible for the financial performance of the order and customer satisfaction
Make sure that all necessary data has been registered in the ERP system (commercial issues)
Work closely with the Technical Advisor on technical issues (incl. warranty cases)
Coordinates/communicates with End User Sales regarding customer status
Give feedback regarding market intelligence to the relevant functions (e.g. business development, sales, etc.)
Execute maintenance agreements, OPAC, ...
Follow up on maintenance scheduler information
Responsible for continuous process improvement
Your background:
At minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Proven work experience as a Service Coordinator or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and service skills.
Ability to stay up-to-date with services, policies, and regulations.
Strong record-keeping and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
understanding on how to use MS office specifically Excel, and power-Bi would be nice.
