Working alongside, and reporting to the R&D Manager, below are some of the areas you ll be focusing on:

Dive deep into vendor data, compiling crucial information for product development projects.

Be the quality control champion, ensuring products meet the highest standards.

Let your creativity shine as you source new products and contribute to their design.

Keep everyone in the loop with your stellar schedule management skills, ensuring smooth sailing for all product launches.

Compile pricing, MOQ s, finish types, material types etc. for product development projects and assemble into excel sheets.

Use Excel tools to run pricing/cost analysis projects

Participate in quality control and product improvement projects.

Source new products through website search, networking, tradeshows, and other methods.

Creating/designing new products to bring to market.

Report progress on POP (Plan on a Page) reports per product introduction.

Work closely with sales and marketing to coordinate product launches. The successful candidate has:

Exposure to sourcing materials worldwide.
