Job Responsibilities :

The Role will in charge of Razer online store Sales operations which will focus on Inventory Management as well as demand Planning. The successful candidate will be an experienced individual with strong understanding and background in material planning and supply chain management. S/He will preferably be experienced working in a demanding manufacturing environment, with experience handling global demand forecast.

Support launches of new payment options and keep improving the payment acceptance rate.

Coordinate fraud management and insurance settlements with internal teams and third parties for Razer.com.

Manage, review and respond to claims, disputes, chargebacks and retrieval requests within the strict deadlines stipulated by the card issuers and payment processors.

Compile and provide regular and ad-hoc reports on fraud trends, potential costs, and payment acceptance rates to upper management.

Manage digital purchase requests and invoice reconciliation with internal teams and Razer’s partners, including resolving any discrepancies to ensure all invoices are paid within agreed terms.

Work closely with Razer’s partners for finance related communications and invoicing needs.

Manage Razer.com payments and fraud report reconciliation with internal teams on a regular basis.

The ability to extract data from various reporting systems, analyze the data, and report on it in a user-friendly format, while ensuring that the data is accurate.

Cancel orders or stop shipments of identified fraudulent accounts.

Work with Customer Advocacy on processing refunds and returning shipments, as needed.

Assist in Payment and Fraud related internal UAT projects

Pre-Requisites :

The individual must have good understanding about payments and chargebacks for eCommerce digital payments, with previous finance experience.

Meticulous, very strong analytical skills and troubleshooting skills.

At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a finance, accounting, or digital payments related position.

Able to work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver tasks when required.

Experienced in digital payment or a finance position in an ecommerce business.

Highly organized, deadline orientated and self-motivated. Ability to think outside of the box.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Knowledge in Tableau, SQL is a plus.
