Process Analyst

Develop SOPs that define the processes, criteria, input requirements, notional timelines and other specifics that support the development of business process improvement and/or automation recommendations.

Develop and facilitate discovery sessions, planning meetings, training sessions, and process improvement meetings.

Develop process improvement activities to include applicable documentation and anticipated return-on-investment or expected operational improvement for government consideration through applicable governance processes.

Establishes the engagement strategy, project plan, risks, dependencies, assumptions and "as-is" and "to-be" process documentation for the automated and non-automated process improvement solution.

Produce a schedule of planned activities, implementation timeline(s), finalize process design documentation and document lessons. Conduct O&M activities for automations in production.

Capabilities

Assesses business processes, designs/redesigns and documents processes.

Experience working with customer to fully understanding processes at the key stroke level.

Experienced in process documentation and design for processes.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 10 years’ experience relative to the labor category.
