Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

Role & Tasks

Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent databases to identify potential candidates for open positions.

Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles, ensuring alignment with job requirements.

Coordinate and conduct initial phone with candidates to assess their fit for the role, clarify job expectations, and gather additional information.

Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs by engaging with passive candidates, networking, and fostering relationships with potential talent.

Conduct research and analysis to map out talent markets within specific industries or job functions, identifying key players, trends, and potential recruitment strategies.

Support the planning and execution of Maxis Graduate Program.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a smooth interview process for all parties involved.

Preferred and Desirable Skills :

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, with attention to detail and professionalism.

Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workload, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail: Ability to review resumes, job descriptions, and other documents with accuracy and thoroughness.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Professionalism and Confidentiality: Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and interactions with candidates.

Adaptability: Openness to learning new skills, adapting to changes in processes or priorities, and taking on new responsibilities as needed.
