Position Summary The Project and Process Manager is a key management position at The Lavin Agency.

Your primary role will be to continuously improve the company's internal systems and processes.

You will make recommendations and oversee the implementation of an ERP platform that integrates finance, CRM, contract management, and other business functions.

You will develop and execute a project management plan aimed at improving company operations.

Duties and Responsibilities include: Support Sales and Marketing on recurring activities Lead projects from design through deployment; defining schedules, scope, budget, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for company projects Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources as required Qualifications Three or more years of project and process management experience You have programming experience and knowledge You have overseen ERP/CRM implementations Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines Proven success fostering a team approach working with all levels of management Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is an asset Experience in developing platforms for internal processes Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets Compensation The Lavin Agency offers a competitive salary and extended benefit package in a very exciting industry.
