Roles & Responsibilities :

Ø Participate in design, lead implementation, and provide ongoing support of video conference rooms for all MBRDI sites across India.

Ø Interface with key customers to ensure service delivery needs are met.

Ø Manage a team with their daily tasks & collaborate with Communication Services management team to ensure quality service is delivered.

Ø Manage work requests and calendar of events to ensure that all needs are adequately addressed in a timely manner.

Ø Coordinate and assist set up & support for meetings for senior executives as requested and ensure that on site that support is provided during these meetings.

Ø Provide oversight and coordination with Facilities Management during the construction of new conference rooms incorporating AV functionality.

Ø Manage AV service vendors and integrators to ensure project and support is delivered as defined.

Ø Provide training and associated materials to all users relating to effective use of the AV technologies including room and desktop systems.

Ø Monitor usage and capacity for the video conference infrastructure.

Ø Identify and recommend opportunities to improve and enhance audio/video conferencing services to internal customers.

Ø Generate & publish monthly KPI reports on VC utilization & departmental progress

Ø Document all AV room setups and support processes

Ø Coordinate with other Conference Center services and Facilities Management team to ensure seamless service delivery

Ø Provide consultation and education to all personnel of the firm on presentation technology equipment

Ø The Audiovisual Multimedia Manager will continue to develop skills, knowledge and ability to improve processes and procedures, and keep updated on trends and developments in the industry

Ø Ability to understand MEP, CAD, Visio and construction drawings

Ø Ability to conceptualize, plan, manage, and support network environments. Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, networking, and PC hardware

Ø Previous experience installing/supporting Polycom Trio and Group systems, Surface Hubs, Crestron RL2, required

Ø Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end users

Ø Ability to solve technical, managerial or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge

Ø Possess a thorough understanding of technology support and consulting, including problem solving, and evaluating options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: (SKILLS)

Ø Excellent leadership, customer service, communication, and organizational skills required.

Ø Walking long distances multiple times, a day

Ø Minimum three (3+) plus years of related project management experience managing small to large audio-visual projects (Building Projects).

Ø Demonstrated knowledge of audio-visual systems and equipment.

Ø Oversees the design and installation of all audio visual networks

Ø Oversees the design and installation of all audio visual setups

Ø Monitors performance and utilization of systems

Ø Responsible for implementation of new software packages and upgrades to existing packages

Ø Prioritizes projects and resources for services, installation and support

Ø Works with management staff on special event and entertainment needs and planning

Ø Virtual event creation, content management, web-casting

Ø Effective leadership abilities and customer satisfaction focus

Qualifications:

(Those required to do this job effectively): B.E/B Tech

Industry Certifications: ITIL V3.0, PMP, CLCNF, M365, Knowledge of OEM like Extron, Crestron & Kramer.

No Of Years: 12 - 15 years

Area of Work: OEM Certifications, M365, Cisco, Acoustics, Video Conferencing, Audio Conferencing

Desirable skillset:

· Project Management.

· Exposure to ITSM tools.

· Experience in making security recommendations.
