Job Summary:

We are seeking a target-oriented and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead and oversee the sales representatives within an assigned territory. Your role will focus on achieving sales targets, cultivating customer relationships, and staying informed about industry trends to maximize company growth.

Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Territory Coverage: Travel extensively throughout the designated territory to engage with customers and promote company products and services.

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing concerns promptly.

Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by persuasively promoting company offerings to customers within the assigned territory.

Sales and Marketing Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing data to identify effective strategies and techniques for driving sales growth.

Trade Show Participation: Attend trade shows to showcase company products and services, enhancing brand visibility within the territory.

Brand Awareness: Ensure that brand awareness within the assigned territory aligns with company expectations.

Competitor Monitoring: Keep track of competitors' sales activities within the territory and adjust strategies accordingly.

Territory Sales Manager Requirements:

Education: a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Territory Sales Manager

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Adaptability: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively

Organizational and Leadership: Strong organizational skills coupled with effective leadership abilities

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to drive data-informed decisions.

Negotiation: sound negotiation and consultative sales skills are needed to close deals.

Communication: effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams

Customer Service: exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
