Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the battery industry across the Asia Pacific region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key battery Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) such as CATL, BYD, Panasonic, LG Chem, and other prominent players in the industry.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the battery industry, leveraging existing contacts and networks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and provide technical support when needed.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.

Conduct regular market analysis and identify potential customers, providing timely feedback to the management team.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers.

Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, MBA, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.

Proven track record in battery industry sales, preferably in the Asia Pacific region.

Strong familiarity with battery sales channels and market dynamics in Asia.

Established relationships with key battery OEMs such as CATL, BYD, Panasonic, LG Chem, and others.

Background in chemical and materials industry, with a deep understanding of battery technologies and materials.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred, as well as proficiency in other Asian languages.
