JOB MISSION:

Supports the Retail Marketing Specialist in carrying out various Marketing strategies and projects pertaining to the EMEA Retail stores fleet.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Works under the direction of the Retail Marketing Specialist to help reach the company's Retail and Brand goals.

Manage and update Marketing Calendar activities and dates on consistent basis per Marketing Specialist direction.

Assists in implementing In-Store Campaigns, communication materials (including signage, promotional messaging, window displays, graphics updates etc).

Organises and plans the production of retail marketing materials by working closely with store teams and vendors.

Connect with store and regional field teams on execution of POS and campaigns in market, including follow up and course correcting any issues.

Provides support in fact-checking, copy-editing/translating, and formatting assistance during the creation of briefs for internal and external purposes.

Supports and develop CRM activities for retail, including bringing previous expertise in CRM strategizing to future application.

Assist with daily administrative duties and creation of briefings, including building brand appropriate decks for internal use and store communication.

Collect dates on store marketing execution and retail competitor reports to influence future campaigns.

Respects and implements projects based on brand calendars, carrying out timelines discipline.

Helps maintain excellent client and supplier relationships through good customer service skills.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

Diligent and hardworking to make things work.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Creative Suite is a plus.

Interest in CRM and social media platforms.

Comfortable chasing different (internal and external) partners to get things done.

Understanding reporting and KPIs, and how to take actions based on these.

Being Fluent in English, and other European languages is an advantage.

Eager to learn and to have a good time.
