BIM Coordinator

Selectek is looking for a BIM Coordinator to begin working with a great client of ours in the Columbus, OH area immediately. This candidate should have a background with industrial projects.

Required by Client

Associate Degree or equivalent training experience

8+ years of experience working within one of the MEP disciplines with at least 3 years working on industrial projects

Revit 2021 or newer version

AutoCAD 2021 or newer version

Navisworks Manage 2021 or newer version including the ability to setup clash reports, rules and selection sets (preferred)

AutoCAD Plant 3D (preferred)

Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred by Client

Experience in Piping design for industrial plants

Set Standards, routines, blocks and templates

Maintain the BIM/CAD Libraries (Autocad and Revit)

Develop and maintain the documentation and monitoring of standards, best practices, and industry advancements

Be responsible for providing/sourcing BIM / CAD training through a combination of on-site, remote, and/or online training courses

Assist project teams with setup/utilization of NavisWorks and 3D Software

Maintain integrated BIM model, run clash detection reports and maintain issues log

Pay Rate: $48/hr - $53/hr

Term: 6 months temp to perm
