Position: Japanese Project Manager Industry: IT Japanese Company Location: Cebu City Salary: 4,000,000 - 6,000,000(JPY / year) Work Schedule: 8:00am 5:00pm (Mon-Fri), weekends off Work Set-up: Onsite/Negotiable about WFH setup Benefits: Visa Process HMO 13th salary Vacation leave and sick leave SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF Lunch Out per month Full support for transportation to move to Cebu Promotion chance Requirements: Japanese National Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is typically required Java Experience: Strong proficiency in Java programming language and extensive experience in system engineering, preferably 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Java system engineering and project management roles, preferably with a track record of successfully delivering Java-based projects.

Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing complex software projects from initiation to completion.

Ability to define project scope, establish timelines, allocate resources, and manage risks effectively.

Experience in Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.

Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams, motivating team members, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Ability to provide clear guidance, resolve conflicts, and make critical decisions to ensure project success.

Quality Assurance and Testing: Experience in implementing quality assurance processes and conducting thorough testing to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.

Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration practices is desirable.

Daily conversational English Willing to work in Cebu Responsibilities: You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and testing the e-commerce system 'Samurai Cart' and the marketing automation system 'MOTENASU' with CRM integration based in Cebu as well as quality control and suggesting enhancements to UI/UX.

You will be responsible for overseeing the development of a new system.

Currently, we are in the process of integrating a new Java system with an existing PHP system.
