Job Summary
The Early Talent Recruiter is a member of the Global Talent Management & DEI COE and is responsible for supporting the hiring of our early talent as well as supporting enterprise-wide talent development programs globally.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide professional expertise and support in the delivery of talent strategies that are required to achieve business goals and results in the continued development of talent.
Execute the full-life cycle for Global Early Talent programming and recruiting processes across all Early Talent programs, including summer internship, early-identification, and analyst programs globally.
Liase with candidates and key internal and external stakeholders regarding interview logistics, offer details, and hiring process for all Early Talent programs.
Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events such as interviews, career fairs, presentations, Super Days, etc.
Manage and foster strong relationships with students, university organizations, faculty, and other campus contacts to aid in the selection of qualified undergraduate candidates.
Partner closely with investment team hiring managers, acting as a strategic partner with an understanding of the industry, creating an effective talent pipeline to support our business.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in both ATS and CRM; provide ad hoc reports on recruiting efforts and use to influence recruiting approach as needed.
Partner with Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team to align objectives to achieve program goals. Employ inclusive and equitable hiring processes globally.
Collaborate with HR teams and centers of excellence to tailor to effectively support early talent programs and broader business.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Flexible, self-motivated team player
Proven ability to work well under pressure in a demanding and fast-paced professional environment
Capacity to quickly acquire an understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and network with internal clients and candidates
Client focused individual with outstanding judgment & creative problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task/prioritize workload
Experience in program and event planning a plus
Financial services experience a plus
Ability to travel (25% or greater during peak season)
