Overview:

ISS STOXX FWW is looking for an analytically minded and technically savvy individual to join our growing Data Organization who is fluent in English language. Ideal candidates should have a high level of independent judgment, an incredible attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment both in a team setting and autonomously.

In this role, you must also have a very good communication skills, both written and oral, and is able to express ideas and thoughts well. This is an ideal position for a person who is looking for a position that is going to be challenging, demand high performance, but will give them hands-on experience working with big data, and financial analytics.

Responsibilities:

Extracting key information from fund data and PDF documents such as annual reports, PRIIPs (Key Information Document), fact sheets

Processing documents related to investment vehicles (ex: Mutual Funds, ETFs,)

Repetitive data entry

Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Math/Business or any equivalent is preferred, but also open to other courses

0-2 years of relevant experience with data entry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Proficient in MS Office Suite – with basic knowledge in Excel and Outlook

A computer savvy, and possess the ability to learn new technology concepts

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English language

Ability to adapt to performing various and changing tasks throughout the workday

Fluent in English language

Work Location & Schedule

Amenable in working at Makati City on a mid shift schedule (3:00PM - 12:00AM Manila)

Amenable to go on at least 2-months onsite training (5 days a week) prior to transitioning to hybrid working arrangement.
