Job Description

The title clerk position is responsible for the processing of titles at the dealership level. This position is responsible for the proficient handling of all paperwork associated with titles to ensure they clear DMV. This position is full time and we offer great benefits.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):

Review, prepare and process titles

Complete applications for titles

Complete the entire process of setting up the tiltle transfer

Staying current with title laws in multiple states

Able to post in Accounting

Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications.

Customer Service - assisting our customers and providing them excellent service

Minimum Requirements:

Previous Title Experience – 1-2 years preferred

Basic computer skills

Strong organizational skills

Detail oriented

Time management skills

Positive attitude

Ability to work independently

Ability to effectively communicate with our customers

Professional and clean appearance

Team Player

Preferred Requirements:

1-2 years State/National title processing experience

Previous knowledge in title requirements
