Customer Service Representative Duties:

Answer the phone and communicate with customers in a friendly and informative manner.

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.

Prepare products.

Receive and process in person and telephone orders accurately .

Clean equipment and facility daily.Qualifications

Team Member Job Requirements:

You must be 16 years of age or older.

Must be able to take a food safety course and obtain a Food Handlers Certificate.

Must be able to comply with uniform standards.

Must be able to work nights & weekends.

Team Member Communication Skills:

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Team Member Essential Functions/Skills:

Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.

Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
