Scrum Master
Description:
Primary Skills: Agile, Scrum, Jira, Coaching, PMI-ACP/CSM
Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)
Contract Type: W2 Only
Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay Range:$65 - $70 per hour on w2

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily scrums, Sprint demos, Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, PI Planning).
Guide and coach the team on following Agile/Scrum practices and resolving issues with the process.
Proactively remove impediments and guide the team on methods to escalate issues.
Manage team workload and dependencies, collaborating with other Scrum Masters and Program Manager/RTE.
Own the Jira project for the team, utilizing metrics to assess team health and improvement opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in using Jira for scrum boards and generating metrics.
Demonstrated ability to coach team members in Agile/Scrum practices.
PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
