Senior Finance Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a regional role with high exposure to senior level stakeholders from China Domstic, Travel Retail Hainan/APAC and Prestige CCO Office.

The role stands in a regional position helping to drive collaboration and synergy with multi-functions with both China local team, Hainan team and Travel retail APAC team, supporting APAC VP Portfolio & Growth, to deliver better business performance, gain market share and conquer Chinese consumers within China Eco-system frame.

Your main focus :

Closely monitor the China Eco-system business performance, prepare monthly price tracker to high level key stakehoders, including online/offline key promotiona campagin, assortment listing and Gift-with-Purchase for both Coty brands and competitor brands and provide insightful analysis & commentary.

Prepare China Ecossytem quarterly busienss performance KPI dashboard, provide and present insightful strategical analysis to Prestige CCO & CFO and enable the business decision making including pricing, promotion, assortment and investment, also internal key business and strategy reviews e.g. Annual operating plan (AOP), Strat Plan, Semi-Annual Profit Forecast, etc.

Contribute the financial part of monthly/b-monthly China Ecossytem committee meeting and prepare the deck with insigtful commentaries.

Act as the custodian of China Eco-system KPI dashboard and BI database, ensure all the data interface are up-to-date and accurate (including Sell In, Sell Out, Units, Price, A&CP spending, Trade Spend, Valorization, Assortment Differentiation tracking).

The team consists of China Ecosystem Strategy and Finance Manager and you will work closely together with several departments such as sales/ MKT. All your colleagues are team players.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to (data analyst experience ). You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

Bachelor’s degree in a financial/Accounting field, Master preferred

Experience 4-5 years in a Financial Analyst position in foreign FMCG industry (Beauty Industry is preferred).

Good at analysing data and creating actionable report by utilizing some tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Think-cell, Power BI experience is a plus

Experience in and a passion for projects involving big data and statistical models.
