The Role
Key responsibilities include the following:
Support Lear's goal and policy on responsible materials sourcing
Conduct mineral due diligence on the supply chain for conflict-free status assessment.
Perform data processing, integration, storage, visualization, report creation and submission.
Work and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within Lear's organization.
Qualifications
Graduate of Chemical Engineering or any related course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of conflict minerals regulations, supply chain management and due diligence practices
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to supply chain traceability and mineral sourcing.
Can work with minimal supervision, willing to do overtime, adjust work schedule as the need arises.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal and external suppliers and customers within the related industry.
Proficient in MS Excel functions and formulas, Power BI/Query, and basic VBA macro skills (a plus)
Proactive, fast learner and self-initiated individual
