As a Scrum Master, you will work with technical scrum teams. You will be responsible for incubating and accelerating new technology. You will be coaching and mentoring them through a framework to accelerate digital product development.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for:

Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to evaluate and prioritize their product portfolio.

Accelerating digital adoption for Scrum Framework by providing training, coaching, feedback.

Co-locating with the teams for coaching in migrating from project based initiatives to digital product development.

Participating in creating and/or improving the agenda, content, and delivery of portfolio and digital incubation workshops.

To be successful in this role you will:

Be a graduate in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors with 8-12 yrs of professional experience

Have good experience in working in agile environment

Have an experience developing web applications/micro services using Spring Boot, RESTful, and Web Services

Have experience in one or multiple Database like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL, NoSQL

Have good interpersonal and conflict resolution skill, Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Have an experience in Java/J2EE with understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
