Job Description & Summary

A career in Finance, within PwC’s Internal Firm Services function, will provide you with the opportunity to help the firm in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, maintaining accounts, presenting management information, performing key reconciliations and assisting with oversight and management of controls and compliance.

As part of the team, you will also be responsible for managing and coaching other team members. To ensure success in this position, you should have a good eye for detail and have the ability to create a strong rapport with both external and internal clients of the Firm.

You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our users solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Your Mission

Manage the client data management and accounting systems, including working and communicating effectively with different lines of services within the firm;

Review monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts with sub-ledgers and detailed listings;

Participate in the preparation of regular financial management reports;

Delegate responsibilities effectively, leveraging each team member's strengths and expertise;

Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional development and growth;

Listen to colleagues’ ideas, and recognize and motivate them when they fulfill their work. Provide feedback on staff performance and give support when required by the team.

Support and help with other tasks assigned by the Finance Partner and Senior Manager.

About You

BA/MA degree in Finance or Accounting

Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus

Proven experience as a Manager in the financial sector

Excellent command of English

Proficient user in computer skills in using Microsoft Office Applications (specially in using Excel) and with finance softwares

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Able to manage, guide and lead team members to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used

Having strong analytical skills and good business sense

Posses high degree of integrity and professionalism

Being proactive, independent and able to work under pressure

Excellent command of English
