Your Role at The Beer Home Team:

Promptly follow up and nurture leads from our Zillow Flex lead system.

Schedule and perform property tours and inspections.

Assist buyers and sellers in achieving optimal property deals.

Regularly update and manage listings of available properties.

Build professional relationships with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.

Remain updated on real estate market trends and practices.
