Job Summary

The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization. This is a full-time (7:30am - 4:30pm), in-office, hands-on role.

Essential Functions

As first point of contact, greet and assist visitors in a pleasant and professional manner.

Answer, screen, direct phone calls to employees.

Support Security Dept. by ensuring employees and visitors entering the building follow Security protocols.

Receive mail, documents, packages, courier deliveries and distribute within mailroom.

Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.

Special projects.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required

1-2+ years of relevant experience required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent telephone skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks

Strong organizational skills

Ability to prioritize work

PC literate-databases, order processing and spreadsheets

Proven team player
