Private Nurse ( Underboard / RN Filipino National)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Nurse of Filipino nationality to provide personalized healthcare services to our client. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to ensuring the well-being and comfort of the patient while delivering high-quality medical care. As a Private Nurse, you will work closely with the patient and their family members to address their healthcare needs in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to the patient according to their individualized care plan and physician's instructions.

Monitor the patient's vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status regularly.

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

Help with feeding and nutritional support, including meal preparation and feeding assistance if necessary.

Perform wound care, dressings changes, and other medical procedures as required.

Keep accurate and detailed records of the patient's medical history, medications, treatments, and progress.

Communicate effectively with the patient, their family members, and other healthcare professionals involved in their care.

Provide emotional support and companionship to the patient and their family members.

Ensure a safe and clean environment for the patient, following infection control protocols and maintaining proper hygiene standards.

Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate care and facilitate the patient's overall well-being.

Stay updated on current healthcare practices and advancements to provide the best possible care to the patient.

Requirements:

Filipino nationality.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.

Regulation Commission (PRC).

Previous experience in nursing, preferably in a home care or hospital setting.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.

Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs.

Good physical health and stamina to perform nursing duties effectively.

Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
