Job Responsibilities:
You will plan, Implement, and execute programs to ensure 100% compliance to achieve financial objectives (a) unit target (b) GP amount
You will develop channel strategies and programs both short term & long term focus aligned to company business direction, objective & strategies
You will manage of GP by product & channel mix, GTN, and pricing. More volume initiatives by new customer development, new product successful launching and price & volume management
You will create and provide customer value proposition to customers by executing business consulting, training, sales strategies, marketing program, and claim to handle with consumers. Work with dealers to develop sub-dealers by deploying best business practice and integrate within key customer plans
You will be involve in activities include planning, reporting, sales objective setting and reporting, sales program implementation and territory mapping.
you will identify opportunities for sales process improvement working closely with sales team prioritizing opportunities; Coordinates with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain for Operational Excellence.
You will manage daily & weekly analysis on sales unit, price & margin, and implement an efficient information flow among Marketing, SC and Finance.
You will manage sales territory: It will be determined after market mapping soon and can be changed by company’s internal requirement
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree’s any field but preferred Marketing or any business-related course
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the tire/automotive/petroleum industry
Background on key account management
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Can communicate using the English language (verbal and written)
